The Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup vegan butter/margarine
- 1/4 cup nondairy milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Line Baking Sheet with parchment paper
3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: Combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cornstarch in a small mixing bowl

5. Prepare Wet Ingredients: Combine butter, milk, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl
6. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined
7. Fold in chocolate chips
8. Place cookie dough balls on baking sheet and use your hand to flatten them slightly
9. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until browned to your liking
